Hong Kong & Macau Shipping (Home Delivery, Smart Locker, & Store Pick-up)
In-stock orders are typically delivered within 8-10 business days. (Additional time may be required for deliveries to remote/special areas or for out-of-stock items).

香港及澳門地區派送 (上門派送、智能櫃及門市自取)
現貨訂單一般於 8-10 個工作天內派送。(偏遠地區或缺貨產品或需額外的派送時間)。

Overseas Shipping (Home Delivery)
*All international deliveries are shipped via UPS or LHK
Currently Available in: Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

海外送貨服務 (上門派送)
*海外訂單將統一透過 UPS 或 LHK 進行派送。
目前支援送貨地區: 台灣、新加坡、馬來西亞、韓國、日本、泰國、越南、印度、印尼、菲律賓、澳洲、紐西蘭、美國、加拿大、比利時、丹麥、法國、德國、意大利、荷蘭、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士及英國。

Customs & Duties
Nuvéa is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, local taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

關稅及稅項
Nuvéa 概不負責任何產生於訂單的關稅或稅項。在運輸過程中或之後產生的所有衍生費用(如海關關稅、當地稅項等)均由客人自行承擔。

Order Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed within 8-10 business days. Out-of-stock items will require additional processing time. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

訂單處理時間
所有現貨訂單將於 8-10 個工作天內處理。(缺貨產品將需要額外的處理時間)。請注意,星期六、日及公眾假期將暫停處理訂單及派送服務。

Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of your purchase, please contact us at nuveajp@gmail.com.

訂單追蹤
當您的訂單寄出後,您將會收到一封包含物流追蹤號碼的發貨確認電郵。追蹤號碼將於 24 小時內生效。
